NEED ASSSESMENT

Our experienced facilitators will provide assistance for the schools staff and parents alike, by bridging the gap between what each of the aforementioned can do independently. In addition to providing enhanced training in the area of educational/vocational opportunities we will also emphasize the importance of like skills development. We assist our schools staff and parents by reinforcing their training in the areas of:

  • GOAL SETTING
  • TIME MANAGEMENT
  • STUDY SKILLS
  • INTERPERSONAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
  • SELF ESTEEM BUILDING
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

We feel that these skills are some of the imperative ingredients required in the development of a successful young adult. We are prepared to offer our assistance to the targeted students that participate in our program.
